I am an evolution of experiences. My life’s work includes expanding as a forever student, author, and educator, while I continue to reinvent myself in the wake of my daughter’s death. I know how it feels to wade through the darkest hours imaginable, just as I understand what it can look, sound, and taste like to move through complete metamorphosis, into the light. I am a walking testimony of hope. You can live + lead in love.

I am a certified Human Movement + Behavior Specialist who’s served hundreds of people over thousands of hours of self-reflection + actualization. I believe we are walking stories. I am on a mission to honor these stories, guiding you– the creator– in the development of your best life possible.
